A: After the job is complete all customers receive a Certificate of Flame Resistance and/or an Affidavit, that will be approved by your fire official.

A: Contact us and we will quickly correct existing code violations on free hanging decorative materials such as draperies, window and wall coverings as well as furniture and other wood products.

A: Our flame retardant products are Class "A" or Class "B"
Q: What color does the paints come in?
A: The paints come in black and white or color base for mixing of custom colors.
Q: Do you have a clear coat?
A: Yes, we have flame retardant clear coats in a semi-gloss or matte finish.
Q: Can the paints be used as a primer?
A: Yes
Q: Do I have to take down my drapes or window treatments?
A: Your drapes or window treatments are cleaned right where they hang, they do not have to come down.
Q: Will my drapes shrink?
A: We guarantee no shrinkage and no damage.

A: We are trained and certified to safely clean on site all fabric Hunter Douglas products.
